Hi team, Please cancel subscription on my account effective immediately and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made. I have just emailed and started because when I went to figure out how to cancel it upgraded my account and that is absolutely not what I wanted. NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!
The service doesn't work at all. E-mail addresses are not found. The message “Thinking...” hangs endlessly without a result. The problem started right after the subscription was paid. What’s going on?

Dear Team, You have an innovative tool and quite helpful. One thing i wanted to know if there is a way to stop the tool automatically removing my credits when I visit a linkedin profile if i just want to view the profile and not need the address. Currently with the chrome plugin it removes the credit each time I visit any profile. is there any way to pause this and only activate it when i NEED an email? Thanks in advance.

I have scrolled through my sales nav and searched for emails, the only ones LinkedCRM can find are the linkedin ones which I see as well. Can someone check this out please and let me know why there are no emails found for almost 150 contacts I went through!
