Cancelation

​Hi team,

Please cancel subscription on my account effective immediately and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made. I have just emailed and started because when I went to figure out how to cancel it upgraded my account and that is absolutely not what I wanted. I want to be sure I don’t get billed again for this next month. Sarah
