When we studied this product, we did not see or read anywhere that it would cost 5 credits for 1 email, 5 credits when transferring to Google Sheet, 5 credits to find a phone number, etc. That's why we found your price affordable and subscribed. However, we were very disappointed when we saw these after our membership, so we would like to cancel our membership and get our money back.
