Account not reflecting package

Dear Team, I recently purchased the Unlimited package, however, my account still shows the limited credits option and is not letting me use the plugin. i have tried logging out and in, refreshing the browser, clearing cache. still does not seem to be reflecting my unlimited package. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
